Had some fun making these groovy and far out ceramic tiles coasters.(Think "That 70's Show")

I used Tim Holtz Adirondacks Alcohol Inks to make the colored bubbles on some leftover white ceramic tiles.  What's fun about this project is that you can't screw it up.  All you do is take alcohol (kind from the drug store) and wipe off the ink if you don't like what's going on.

WHAT TO DO...
  • Clean the tiles well and dry.
  • Drop the ink onto the tiles and see the "trippy" way it makes patterns.
  • Add more layers until you like what you see.
  • Spray varnish on them to seal.  I put on 4 layers drying in between.
  • Attach round plastic or felt circles to the corners.
NOTE:  THESE ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE...WIPE WITH A CLOTH!
